There is an onsite Brewery , not owned by the Dockyard trust but who rent a unit situated behind the Wagon Stop Canteen.
It was founded in 1995 and brews up to 100 firkins a week . It was taken over in 2003 and given its current name to recognise the docks association with Admiral Nelson’s ship Victory which was built in Chatham.
The Brewery was purchased by the current owner Piers MacDonald in 2006.Piers has over 20 years experience in the brewing industry and insists on using Kent hops and the best ingredients in the beers.All the beers gave maritime inspired names.

Brewery tours are available by prior arrangement during the opening times of the historic dock ( February to November )
