The steam ship VIC 56 

Though not actually built at Chatham this 1945 ship was built as part of the wartime shipbuilding program and is currently moored at the historic Dockyard

The ship is preserved and kept in a working seaworthy condition by a group of volunteers. 

She is open to visitors a few times each year , you can find more information on the website here
